  • After an 0-3 start to the 2019-20 season, LRU defeated Penn St. Altoona convincingly, 90-68, in their home and conference opener on November 26th; The most points scored by WBB at the Kerr since February 2017
  • Five different Redhawks finished in double-digit scoring figures 
  • In Tuesday's win over the Lions, La Roche posted season-highs in points (90), field goal percentage (51%), three-pointers (9), three-point percentage (53%), free-throws (13), free-throw percentage (72%), and assists (18)
  • Junior guard Ayanna Mazyck (Philadelphia, PA/Harford CC) finished with a season and team-high 20 points on 6-12 (50%) FG, 4-6 (67%) 3-PT and picked up 8 steals; she leads the AMCC with 17 steals this season
  • Off the bench, Freshman forward Dashá Jackson (Ambridge, PA/Ambridge) scored a season-high 15 points and grabbed a team-high 6 rebounds in 27 minutes of action
  • Preseason Player of the Year Jenna Cole (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) scored 10 of her 12 total points in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's game
  • La Roche is 10-1 against AMCC opponents at their home venue dating back to last season
  • Tuesday's 90-point performance by LRU is the second highest point total in a single game in the conference this season

  • CMU also started their season 0-3; Since then, the Tartans have won three straight games by an average margin of victory of 28.7 points 
  • Most recently, the Tartans trounced over fellow AMCC member Pitt Greensburg, 71-43
  • Only two Bobcats scored more than 5+ points in the contest while three Tartans scored 10+
  • Senior guard, Makayla Filiere, scored a game-high 15 points; this season, Filiere has averaged a team-high 11.8 PPG
  • As a unit, the Tartans are averaging 61.5 PPG while shooting 40% from the field
  • CMU has struggled from beyond the arc, knocking down only 18-83 (22%) 3-PT in six games thus far
