MYRTLE BEACH, SC - The Redhawks of La Roche University faced off against the Beavers of Blackburn College. La Roche was able to add another tick in their win column with an 8-4 victory. 

Every Redhawk who went up to bat today was credited with a hit. 

Alexis Myers led in RBIs, she collected three in today's contest. She was also able to connect bat to ball resulting in two hits. 

Quinn Hughes earned two hits and two RBIs. Ashtin Hoover, Emma Bizay, and Macy Vignolini also earned an RBI each. 

Pitching this game was Carlie Dillon. She pitched seven innings, and threw a total of 122 pitches, 72 of which were strikes. She struck out five batters, and only allowed four runs. 

The Redhawks missed a game that was scheduled for this afternoon, it was canceled due to weather and will not be rescheduled or made up. 

La Roche will be back in action on Friday with two games on the docket, and their final appearance in the FastPitch Dreams Tournament.
