La Roche University Athletic Hall of Fame

2000 La Roche Softball Team (2023 Honorary Inductee) 27-4 overall record and 18-2 in AMCC play. The team finished first in the AMCC regular season and won the AMCC Championship, the first in La Roche's history. Six athletes received all-conference honors, and Head Coach, Orie Gentile, was named AMCC Coach of the year.

Cathy Alton—Women’s Soccer (1997—2001, 2014 Induction Class) Three-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Third in career assists (37 assists), 1 of 7 players to record 25 goals and 25 assists, First player to record 25 goals and 25 assists, 29 Career Goals, 10th in the nation in assists in 2000, Once had 10 points in a single game.

Jeff Anderson – Men’s Basketball (1979-1983, 2019 Induction Class) At graduation, ranked fourth all-time in rebounds, fifth all time in points per game, seventh in assists, eighth in field goals attempted, eighth in field goals scored, and ninth in field goal percentage.

Jane Arnold - (2019 Honorary Inductee) Played a vital role in academic development of student athletes, served as first-ever Faculty Athletic Representative. set  standard of how a Faculty Athletic Representative operates. Designed  athletic orientation course, implemented  study hall program, early alert initiative, pre-registration, and involved in pushing academics in NCAA.

Phil Avolio—Baseball (2005—2009, 2016 Induction Class) Fourth on the school’s all-time wins list with 15, threw 11 complete games, 108 career strikeouts. Threw a no-hitter.

John Arnold Sr. and Family—(2013 Honorary Inductee) The Arnold Family established a memorial foundation which enabled the college to renovate its baseball facilities. John Arnold Sr. Memorial Baseball Field was dedicated in the early 2000’s.

Bryan Barto—Men's Basketball (1994—1998, 2013 Induction Class) First Male Athlete to Win AMCC Player of the Year Award, 1997 AMCC Golfer of the Year, Ranks 4th All-Time in Assists and Steals, 6th in Games Played, 7th in Three-Pointers, and 17th in Points.

Jim Betts—Baseball (1984—1987, 2002 Induction Class) One of the top hitters in La Roche history. Finished his career with a .397 batting average, .816 slugging percentage, 9 home runs and 9 triples.

Katie Bianco—Women's Soccer (1998—2002, 2018 Induction Class) 3-time AMCC All-Conference performer, team captain and MVP her senior season, and the 2002 winner of the Harry G. Austin Award. One of just seven players to have 25 goals and 25 assists and ranks fourth all-time in assists.

Nicole Booth—Women’s Soccer (2004—2008, 2016 Induction Class) Two-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Two-Time AMCC All-Conference Second Team, AMCC Newcomer of the Year, 6th all-time in points, 7th all-time in goals, 5th all-time in assists. Helped La Roche to four AMCC Tournament Semifinals.

Dave Bredl—Baseball (1990—1993, 2001 Induction Class) One of the top home run hitters in La Roche Baseball history. Hit 10 home runs his senior season.

Amanda Bressler - Softball (2003-2007, 2022 Induction Class) Named to the AMCC All-Conference First Team, AMCC All-Conference Second Team, and Two-Time AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention. Two-time Regular Season Champion, and a 2007 ECAC South Region Champion. Helped La Roche to four AMCC Tournament appearances including the championship game in 2005, as well as assisted the team to 2007 AMCC Regular Season Title.

Casey Byerly—Softball (2000—2004, 2013 Induction Class) Three-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention, Three-Time AMCC Conference Champion, Ranked 2nd Nationally in RBI Per game (1.75), 19th in Hitting (.483), 25th in Runs Per Game (1.15), and 28th in Slugging Percentage (.770).

Christy Byerly - Softball (1999-2003, 2020 Induction Class) Three-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team; Helped La Roche to three straight AMCC Championships (2000, 2001, 2002).

Darla Capello—Women’s Basketbal/Softball (1993—1997, 2015 Induction Class) Women’s Basketball and Softball (1993-1997), First Women’s Basketball Player to Score 1000 Career Points;  1013 Career Points, 637 Career Rebounds; First Team All-Conference NAIA in Softball (1995); Second Team All-Conference NAIA in Softball (1996).

Hermie Carmichael—Men’s Basketball (1995—1999, 2012 Induction Class) AMCC Player of the Week (Twice), Dean’s List (Twice), Nominated for Presidential Academic and Athletic Scholarship Award, Ranks second all-time in three-pointers and assists and sixth all-time in points and steals, a member of the 1000 point club.

Chuck Cieslak—Men’s Basketball (1993—1997, 2012 Induction Class) La Roche’s all-time leading scorer (1819), School record for most points in a game (55), Ranks third all-time in 3-Pointers (197), fifth all-time in steals (136) and assists (256), eighth all-time in rebounds (418), A member of the 1000 point club, Three-Time La Roche MVP, La Roche Captain all four seasons, a member of the Dean’s List.

Nichole Costantini—Women’s Soccer (2001—2005, 2015 Induction Class) Three-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team; AMCC All-Conference Second Team; 40 Career Goals (5th All-Time); 108 Career Points (5th All-Time); 1 of 7 players to record 25 goals and 25 assists. Helped La Roche to four AMCC Tournament appearances including a finals appearance in 2002.

Casie Cygan - Women's Basketball (2010-2014, 2024 Induction Class) Helped La Roche to four consecutive AMCC Championships and NCAA DII Women's Basketball Tournament appearances, including the programs first in history. Third Team All-AMCC selection, two-time First Team All-AMCC selection, two-time All-Region Selection and multiple time AMCC Player of the Week. Third all-time in program history with 1,576 points, thanks to leading the AMCC in scoring her junior year (18.2 ppg) and her senior season (18.3 ppg). Program record for three-pointers made in a single game (8) and has the third highest scoring game in program history (35 points).

James Delligatti—(2002 Honorary Inductee) Former La Roche College board of trustees member and inventor of the Big Mac.

Roy Dean—Men's Basketball (1975—1977, 2013 Induction Class) First Team Lake Erie Conference (1976), Led La Roche to two Lake Erie Conference Championships (1976, 1977), Led Red Devils to two appearances in NLCAA Tournament.

Chrystal Delgado—Softball (2001—2005, 2013 Induction Class) 2004 AMCC Softball Player of the Year, Two-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Led AMCC Conference in Hitting in 2004, Two-Time AMCC Champion, Ranked 6th Nationally in Triples Per Game (.22) and 12th Nationally in Hitting in 2004 (.493), Ranked 12th Nationally in Triples Per Game  in 2003 (.20).

Pastor William Diehm - (2020 Honorary Inductee)

Mike Dixon - Men's Basketball (2008-2012, 2022 Induction Class) Two-Time Defensive Player of the Year (2011 & 2012), First Team All-Conference in 2012, and Third Team All-Conference in 2011. Dixon was a top leader in the AMCC Conference and was third in steals during the 2011 and 2012 seasons (whole conference), as well as first in assists (whole conference) in 2012. In 2011 he helped La Roche to an AMCC Championship, and to a regular season championship in 2012.

James Dunn—(2016 Honorary Inductee) Jimmy has been a respected member of the La Roche College community since moving to the North Hills in 2009. He can be spotted at every basketball game and just about any other sporting event on the La Roche campus. He has provided the athletics department with invaluable media coverage as the Redhawks' beat writer and become a friend to many people around campus.

Michelle Eannace - Women's Basketball (1995-1999, 2017 Induction Class) 1029 Career Points (10th All-Time); 150 Career Assists, 542 Career Rebounds, Twice led La Roche to AMCC Women's Basketball Tournament Semifinals. Twice led La Roche to AMCC Softball Tournament Championship Games.

Ken Elliott—Baseball (1991—1995, 2018 Induction Class) At graduation, ranked among La Roche’s all-time leaders in hits, home runs, RBIs and walks.

Catie Ferree - Women's Volleyball (1996-2000, 2023 Induction Class) Two-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team; Helped La Roche to three AMCC Tournament appearances; Single season assists leader and fourth all-time in assists (1,038).

Cathline Ferris - Softball (1988-1992, 2017 Induction Class) 1992 NAIA District 18 Softball Player of the Year; NAIA District 18 All-Conference First Team; La Roche Most Valuable Player.

Amy Friel—Softball (1991—1995, 2015 Induction Class) 1993 NAIA District 18 Softball Player of the Year; NAIA District 18 All-Conference First Team; La Roche Most Valuable Player; Won the NAIA District 18 Softball Championship which was the first NAIA championship in La Roche history.

Farrah Fryer - Women's Soccer (1996-00, 2020 Induction Class) Two-Time Women's Soccer AMCC All-Conference First Team; 39 Career Goals (6th All-Time), Helped La Roche women's soccer to three AMCC Tournaments including the Finals in 1998.

Katherine Golebie - Women's Soccer (2009-2013, 2024 Induction Class) Two-year team captain, team Defensive Player of the Year and MVP. Three-time All-AMCC selection, earning Third Team honors twice and First Team honors once, while also being named to the AMCC All-Sportsmanship Team. Helped La Roche to 29 shutouts during her tenure, including a 2011 season in which she helped anchor a defense that allowed just 1.06 goals per game.

Marlis Graves - Women's Basketball (2004-2008, 2022 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference Second Team and Honorable Mention. Led the AMCC in steals and sixth in assists her senior season. Led AMCC in steals and assists in her junior season. Helped La Roche to the AMCC Tournament in 2008, and played in the championship game. 

Dylan Grazier—Men's Basketball (2006—2010, 2018 Induction Class) 2010 AMCC Player of the Year runner-up. AMCC All-Conference First Team in 2008 and 2010. AMCC All-Conference Second Team in 2009. Holds the school record for three-pointers and ranks third all-time in scoring.

Josh Haas—Men’s Golf (1999—2003, 2012 Induction Class)Two-Time AMCC Conference Player of the Year, Four-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Competed in the 2001 ECAC Finals as an individual, Most tournaments and rounds played in La Roche History, Fourth All-Time at La Roche in scoring average.

Damian Hall—Men's Basketball (1996—2000, 2013 Induction Class) Two-time All-American Honorable Mention, Three-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Two-Time AMCC Player of the Week, Appeared in Street & Smith’s Magazine in 2000, Ranks 2nd All-Time in Points and Rebounds.

Jeff Haus—Men’s Basketball (1978—1982, 2014 Induction Class) Had 352 career assists ranking him 4th on the school’s all-time list.  He also ranks 14th in the all-time points list with 800 points.

Kristy Hiben - Women's Basketball (1996-2000, 2017 Induction Class) Two-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team; 1073 Career Points (9th All-Time); 211 Career Assists; 169 Career Steals; 143 Career 3-Pointers. Helped La Roche to Three AMCC Tournament Semifinals.

Bill Horvath—Men’s Basketball (1974—1976, 2012 Induction Class) First-Team Lake Erie Conference Selection, Led La Roche to Lake Erie Conference Championship, Led La Roche to first appearance in the NLCAA Tournament, A member of the inaugural men’s basketball team (1974-1975 squad,. Averaged 18.8 ppg and 10.4 rpg.

Father Peter Horton—(2014 Honorary Inductee) Father Peter Horton was the campus minister at La Roche from 1994 until 2013. He has been a counselor, confidante, and friend to countless La Roche students. He has officiated dozens of La Roche alumni marriages and baptized countless babies. During the time Father Peter was campus minister, he was a huge supporter of the athletic program—attending hundreds of games and working with teams and their coaches on their spiritual journey. Father Peter is currently the pastor of St. Winifred’s church in the South Hills.

Sister Candace Introcaso (2024 Honorary Inductee) Served as President of La Roche from 2004 until her passing in 2023. A recipient of numerous awards throughout he career in higher education, Sister Candace Introcaso was instrumental in the growth of La Roche's athletic programs, including bringing the Baierl Athletic Complex to campus, as well as the Redhawks hostin numerous AMCC and NCAA events. During her tenure, La Roche athletics brought home 27 AMCC Regular Season Championships, 22 AMCC Tournament Championships and 22 NCAA Tournament appearances.

David Jackson - Men's Basketball (2010-2014, 2024 Induction Class) Nicknamed Mr. Rebound in high school, Jackson lived up to that name when he joined the Redhawks, as he still is the program's all-time leading rebounder with 917 over his career, a near 300 rebound difference from second on the list. Scored 1,037 points in his career and was once a Third Team All-AMCC selection and two-time Second Team All-AMCC honoree. Tied for the program record in games played with 109 and in those contests put together 29 career double-doubles, helping lead La Roche to two AMCC Regular Season Championships and one AMCC Tournament Championship.

Chantelle Jennings—Women's Basketball (2007—2011, 2018 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference First Team in 2010 and 2011. ECAC All-Regional Second Team in 2010. Two-time AMCC Player of the Week ECAC Player of the Week. Led the AMCC in scoring and ranked fifth in the NCAA in 2010. Led AMCC in free throw percentage. 4th All-Time Leading scorer. Helped La Roche win their first-ever AMCC Championship.

Reuben Jolo - Men's Soccer (2006-2010, 2017 Induction Class) Three-time AMCC All-Conference First Team. AMCC All-Conference Second Team. Twice ranked in the top five in the AMCC in goals and points. Second all-time at La Roche in goals and points. Fourth in assists. Tied for the single season goals and points record.

Reverend Monsignor Kerr—(2001 Honorary Inductee) President of La Roche College from 1992-2004. Under his guidance, La Roche established six new majors the Kerr Fitness and Sports Center. His signature creation was the Pacem In Terris Institute to bring students from war-torn nations to study at La Roche and send them back home to work for peace.

Zack Kostorick - Men's Basketball (2005-09, 2020 Induction Class) – 9th on the school's all-time points list. 1 of 9 players to score over 1000 career points, 2nd on the school's all-time steals list, 5th on the school's 3-pointer list. Two-time AMCC All-Conference Selection (junior and senior seasons).

Amy Kurtz—Softball (1999—2003, 2012 Induction Class) AMCC Conference Player of the Year (2003), NFCA/Louisville Slugger Division III All-American Third Team (2003), ECAC All-Conference First Team (2003), Nominated for ECAC Player of the Year, Four-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Seven-Time AMCC Conference Pitcher of the Week, ECAC South Region Player of the Week, AMCC record for lowest ERA in a season (0.75), Three-Time AMCC Conference Champion.

Coach Scott Lang—Men’s Basketball (1997—2010, 2012 Induction Class) La Roche men’s basketball all-time leader in wins (165), Guided the Redhawks to AMCC Conference Championships in 2004 and 2010, Named 2011 Mid-Atlantic Coach of the Year, Named 2003 and 2011 AMCC Coach of the Year.

Adam Langford—Men’s Golf (2000—2004, 2014 Induction Class) School’s all-time leader in scoring average. Three-time All-Conference 1st Team selection and four-time Academic All-Conference selection.

Kristy Lesh—Women’s Soccer (1997—2001, 2016 Induction Class) Women’s Soccer, 1998 AMCC Player of the Year; AMCC First-Team All-Conference; 47 Career Goals (4th All-Time); 119 Career Points (4th All-Time); 30th in the nation in points in 2000. Helped La Roche to the AMCC Tournament Finals in 1998.

Wendy Llewellyn—Women’s Basketball/Volleyball (1991—1995, 2002 Induction Class) First volleyball player to be named to All-Conference Team. Led La Roche to their first postseason performance. Led the program in games played, attacks and kills at graduation.

Steve Lodovico - Men's Basketball (1996-2000, 2022 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention. Collected 264 Career Assists (Fifth All-Time), 107 Career Steals (Seventh All-Time), 121 Career 3-Pointers (11th All-Time), and 686 Career Points (23rd All-Time). Assisted La Roche to the 1999 AMCC Tournament Finals and two AMCC Tournament Semifinals.

Jeff London - Men's Basketball (1976-80, 2020 Induction Class) At graduation, ranked second all-time in rebounds, sixth in fields goal made and attempted, ninth in points scored, team MVP in 1978-1979.

Laron Mann - Men's Basketball (2007-2011, 2023 Induction Class) Second Team All-AMCC (2011), Third in AMCC in assists, 2011 AMCC Championship

Tom Manspeaker—Men’s Soccer (1995—1999, 2014 Induction Class) First Male Athlete to win AMCC Player of the Year, 1997 AMCC Player of the Year, Two-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team, 5th on the school’s all-time points and goals list, held the school’s all-time record in single season points, career points, single season goals, and career goals when he graduated.

Nathan McCollough—Baseball (2005—2007, 2014 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference Second Team at Second Base and Pitcher, 4th in the nation in saves in 2006 and  12th in the nation in 2007, 3rd in the AMCC in ERA in 2007. School’s all-time saves leader.

Kim Moore - Softball (2003-2007, 2023 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference First Team, AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention, Twice finished top five in the AMCC in batting average, hits, and RBIs, 14 career home runs, four AMCC Tournament appearances, 2005 AMCC Tournament runner-up, 2007 regular season champion.

Bethanie Moreschi - Women's Soccer (2009-2013, 2023 Induction Class) Ranked second in La Roche records for most goals scored in one season (23), Ranked second in career goals (68), Ranked third in career points (163), Two-Time AMCC All-Conference First team honors (2010 & 2012), Two-Time AMCC All-Conference Second team honors (2009 & 2011), AMCC Offensive Player of the Year as a senior (2012)

Kevin Mulroy—Baseball (1989—1993, 2001 Induction Class) At graduation, he led La Roche in games pitched, victories, innings pitched and doubles. He ranked second in at bats and runs, third in hits and RBIs, and fourth in walks and ERA.

Andrew Musinguzi—Men’s Cross Country (1999—2003, 2012 Induction Class) A 2001 NCAA Division III All-American selection, Three-Time AMCC  Conference Runner of the Year, AMCC Conference Newcomer of the Year, Named AMCC Runner of the Week fourteen times.

George Nahay - Baseball (2008-2012, 2024 Induction Class) All-AMCC selection four seasons, including two-time selections on both the Second Team and Third Team lists. Second all-time in program history in RBI (152) and single season batting average (.452). Third in career doubles (46), fourth in career home runs (14), fifth in career batting average (.375) and is T-5th in single season RBI (47).

Dan Neimetz—Baseball (1984—1987, 2001 Induction Class) One of the top hitters at La Roche. Finished his career with a .395 batting average, 126 hits, 10 triples, 73 RBIs, .589 slugging percentage, 7 homes runs and 21 doubles.

Coach John Pasquinelli—Men’s Basketball (1973—1984, 2002 Induction Class) Started the La Roche men’s basketball program in 1973. Named the NAIA District 18 Coach of the Year Twice and led them to the Lake Erie Conference Championship in 1976 and 1977.

Bill Parenti—Baseball (1991—1993, 2002 Induction Class) One of the top hitters at La Roche. Finished his career with a .341 average, 69 runs and .533 slugging percentage.

Stephanie Pencak—Women’s Basketball (1997—2001, 2016 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference First Team; AMCC All-Conference Second Team; 1136 Career Points (2nd All-Time); 883 Career Rebounds; 131 Career Steals. Helped La Roche to four AMCC Tournament appearances.

Bethany Peracchino—Softball (2004—2008, 2016 Induction Class) Two-time AMCC All-Conference First Team, 11th in the nation in victories and led AMCC in victories and strikeouts her junior season, Led AMCC in victories and ERA her freshman season, 1.70 career ERA. Helped La Roche to four AMCC Tournament appearances including the championship game in 2005. Helped team to 2007 AMCC Regular Season Title.

Kristy Pfister—Softball (1998—2002, 2012 Induction Class) Four-time AMCC All-Conference First Team, Two-Time AMCC Conference Player of the Week, Three-Time AMCC Conference Champion, Led the nation in runs scored (2000), Twice led the nation in stolen bases (2001, 2002), Represented La Roche Softball in 2001 in the Netherlands and won a gold medal.

Enrique (Kiki) Rivera - Men's Basketball (1982-1986, 2022 Induction Class) Member of the Men's Basketball team from 1982 to 1986. One of La Roche's founding basketball teams and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics. 

Michael Sliman – Men’s Golf (2007-2011, 2019 Induction Class) AMCC Player of the Year, AMCC All-Conference First Team, 2-Time AMCC All-Conference Second Team, Harry G. Austin Award, 7th on La Roche’s list for best career scoring average.

Megan Snyder - Women's Volleyball/Women's Basketball (2002-2006, 2024 Induction Class) Single season record for blocks (152), as well as the third place (122) and fifth place (102) spots. Other single season marks for Snyder includes kills in a campaign, holding spots eight, nine and 10 in that category. All-time leader in blocks (442) and places second in career kills (1,110). Four-time All-AMCC member, earning First Team honors twice, as well as Second Team accolades twice. ECAC Player of the Week laurels and throughout her career was near the top of the AMCC in hitting percentage, kills and blocks all four years, leading the AMCC in hitting percentage in 2003. In basketball, Snyder finished her career playing 50 games, scoring 366 career points, reeling in 437 rebounds and 72 blocks over her career.

Lindsay Talbot—Women's Soccer (2000—2004, 2013 Induction Class) Two-time AMCC All-Conference First Team, AMCC All-Conference Second Team, AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention, 65 Career Goals (2nd All-Time), 37 Career Assists (2nd All-Time), 170 Career Points (2nd All-Time), 1 of 6 Players with 25 Goals and 25 Assists.

Jean-Guillaume Thouin (2010-2014, 2024 Induction Class) 95 career goals, 46 assists and 141 points, while also being one of the program's all-time leaders in ground balls. Will forever be remembered in La Roche men's lacrosse history for scoring an overtime, sudden death goal, giving the Redhawks their first win as an NCAA affiliated lacrosse program.

Nate Turner—Men's Basketball (1976—1978, 2001 Induction Class) All-time leader in points per game (23.3 ppg). Attempted 1121 field goals in his career converting 537 of them. Scored 1169 points in just two seasons and had 141 assists.

Eric Urbanowicz—Men’s Basketball (1978—1982, 2001 Induction Class) Second on the school’s all-time rebounding list with 662. Scored 1122 career points and had 216 assists.

Lindsay Wagerer—Women's Soccer (2000—2004, 2012 Induction Class) Three-time AMCC All Conference First Team, AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention, School’s all-time leader in goals (70), assists (50), and points (190). Only player to record 50 career goals and 50 career assists, scored a goal in eight consecutive games.

Kristi Ward—Women’s Volleyball (1994—1998, 2014 Induction Class) 1997 AMCC Women's Volleyball Player of the Year, First Women's Athlete to win AMCC Player of the Year.

Melanie Ward - Women's Tennis (2009-2012, 2023 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference First team honors, AMCC All-Conference Second Team honors, Led team to an AMCC Tournament Championship in 2012, Recorded 30 wins for her team (2011 & 2012)

Nick Wendell—Baseball (2003—2007, 2015 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference First Team; AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention; Top 5 in AMCC in Hits, RBIs, Doubles, HR, and Total Bases in 2007; Finished career with .333 BA, 162 hits, 9 HR, 35 doubles, and 113 RBI. Helped La Roche to four AMCC Tournament Appearances including appearances in the 2006 and 2007 AMCC Championship Games. Helped La Roche win the 2007 AMCC Regular Season Title.

Marcess Williams—Men's Basketball (1998—2002, 2013 Induction Class) AMCC All-Conference First Team, Two-Time AMCC All-Conference Second Team, 3rd All-time in Steals, 4th in Points, Rebounds and Games Played, and 5th in Assists. Only player to finish with 1000 points, 500 rebounds, 200 assists, and 100 steals.

Jeff White—Men’s Soccer (1997—2001, 2014 Induction Class) Two-time AMCC All-Conference First Team selection.  He is ranked 2nd on the school’s list for most games played, 4th on the all-time goals list, 4th on the all-time points list, and 7th on the all-time assists list. He is tied for 2nd for goals in a single season and 6th for points in a single season. Jeff was also a 4-time All-Academic Team award winner, an NSCAA Regional All-Academic Team selection in 2000, and AMCC Male Scholar Athlete of Year.

Nathan Wojciechowski – Men’s Basketball (2007-2011, 2019 Induction Class) 2010 AMCC Player of the Year, AMCC All-Conference First Team, Helped La Roche win the 2010 AMCC Championship and appear in the school’s first-ever NCAA Tournament, Helped La Roche to their first-ever national ranking, Third in the AMCC in assists 2010.

Raelene Zajac - Women's Soccer (2008-2012, 2022 Induction Class) Three-Time All-Conference Third Team (2008, 2010, 2011), and an All-Conference Second Team in 2009. Second in save pct (.816) in 2010, All-Conference, and fifth in overall saves, as well as third in overall in shutouts with six all during the same year (2010).

Rachel Zielinski – Softball (1999-2003, 2019 Induction Class) Helped La Roche to three AMCC Championships (2000, 2001, 2002) and another appearance in the championship game; 2-Time AMCC All-Conference First Team; 2-Time AMCC All-Conference Honorable Mention.
