BETHANY, W.Va. - La Roche women's cross country opened the 2024 season at the Bethany Invitational, placing seventh as a team.

The Redhawks ended the day with score of 209, totaling 3:35:56 and an average time of 43:11.

Kiyanna Dowling paced the red and black, finishing 53rd in the 79 runner field, breaking the tape with a time of 30:05.2.

Ashley Huffman followed behind, placing 71st with a time of 38:40.5.

Madison Dalverny, Alexis Robison, Breanna Clemons, Makayla Abram and Garrah Milochik rounded out the order for La Roche, finishing in succession in places 75 through 79.

The Redhawks are back on the course Saturday, Sept. 28 when they travel to Mt. Aloysius.
