HAMBURG, N.Y. – La Roche women's cross country competed in the AMCC Cross Country Championship on Saturday, hosted by Hilbert, running as individuals.

In the women's 6K, Samantha Bainbridge led the duo of Redhawks competing, finishing 16^th in the 35 runner field, securing a time of 28:33.69.

Morgan Yezovich was the second runner for La Roche, concluding the meet in 32^nd with a time of 38:07.96.
