
This morning the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) named their post season awards for Women's Volleyball.
La Roche has two players that were honored with making an All-Conference team. Coaches vote at the end of each season which players from which schools should be a part of these teams (1st, 2nd, or 3rd team).
Sydney Herzer was named to the Third Team, All-Conference. Herzer is a senior from Huber Heights, Ohio. This season she started every one of the team's 23 matches. She finished the year with 406 digs, 88 of them during conference play. Hezer also had 31 service aces, 31 assists, and 18 kills.
Bethany Nulph was also given AMCC honors. She was named to the Second Team, All-Conference. Nulph is a senior outside hitter from Saxonburg, Pennsylvania.
Nulph finished the season as the team's number one scorer with a total of 193 kills for the season. She also contributed 221 digs, 41services aces, 18 block assists, five solo blocks, and 13 assists. Nulph was also named to the AMCC All-Tournament Team.
