VALENCIA, Pa. - The La Roche women's tennis team dropped their third match of the season tonight to conference opponent Medaille on their home turf at Lakevue Athletic Club. The Mavericks have defeated the Redhawks in their last three matchups dating back to September 2017 and remain perfect with a 5-0 record this season.

Match Highlights

• At first singles, Junior Rochelle Selzer lost her second straight singles matchup to Medaille Junior Jasmine Mott (6-0, 6-2).
• At second singles, Freshman Alexandra Jaksec won her third singles match on the season against Medaille Sophomore Kristina Hryshchuk by default, winning the first set 6-1. She is currently tied for second in the AMCC in individual wins, first among Freshmen.
• At third singles, Junior Alexandra Mroczkowski picked up her second win on the season after defeating Medaille Sophomore Hallie Dworzanski (6-2, 6-4).
• At fourth singles, Jazmyn Davis stayed competitive, losing her match by a combined score of 12-8. 
• Fifth and sixth singles lost by a combined score of 10-0. 
• All three doubles teams lost by a combined score of 24-10.
