NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. - La Roche women's soccer earned a pair of AMCC All-Conference selections, as graduate student Alexis Nudds and sophomore Grace Motuk earned honors announced by the conference on Tuesday.

ALEXIS NUDDS

Nudds eatned Second Team All-AMCC accolades, her second straight All-AMCC selection, having earned Third Team honors in 2023.

Nudds returned for her fifth year and proceeded to be a key on both the offensive and defensive ends for the Redhawks.

She helped a La Roche defense that picked up three shutouts on the season and turned her defense into offense, scoring three goals and adding an assist, finishing second on the team in goals and points.

GRACE MOTUK

La Roche's sophomore captain earned her first All-AMCC honor, being named to the Third Team.

Motuk was a strong midfielder for the Redhawks, doing a lot of work in the defensive midfield, but was also able to translate it to the offensive side, scoring a pair of goals and an assist on the season.
