BETHANY, W. Va. – La Roche women's soccer traveled to Bethany on Sunday and battled the Bison to a 0-0 draw.

In the scoreless decision, goalkeeper Julianna Hornikel shined between the pipes, stopping all 11 shots that came her way from the Bethany offense.

For the game the Bison outshot La Roche 20-3. As previously mentioned, Bethany had 11 shots on goal and the Redhawks would have two.

Alexandra Mecchia had the team high two shots, with one being on net, while Alexis Nudds had the third shot, also on the frame.

La Roche continues concludes it three game road stretch on Saturday, Sept. 23 when it faces Penn State-Behrend for a 2 p.m. kickoff
