ALTOONA, PA - Women's soccer fell to Penn State-Altoona this evening for their final game of the season.
The Redhawks almost held the Lions scoreless in the first half but with just over one minute remaining in the half, but Altoona's DeeDee Abbott. From there it was as if the gates had opened and no one could keep the Lion's shots from meeting the back of the net.
Altoona went on to score three more goals in the second half, all of which were scored by Mallorie Smith.
With this loss, La Roche has played their last game of the season and will not be moving on to AMCC playoffs.
