PITTSBURGH, PA - Today in their final home game of the season Women's Soccer fell flat.
After dueling with the Pioneers for over two-thirds of the game the Redhawks conceded a goal at the 65th-minute mark in the second half to Alfred State's Jena Schelble.
La Roche did their best to fight back and in fact took 9 shots on goal; 3 of which belonged to Alexandra Mecchia. In the end, the Redhawks just were not able to find the back of the net and snag a win.
The team's final regular season game will be played this upcoming week against Penn State-Altoona, on Tuesday at 7 PM.
