
PITTSBURGH, Pa. - La Roche freshman attack Alecia D'Urso earned her second AMCC Offensive Player of the Week award, announced by the conference on Monday.
D'Urso continued her impressive freshman campaign in La Roche's 1-1 week. Against Franciscan on Wednesday, D'Urso picked up a pair of goals, an assist and a draw control.
She followed up in Saturday's win over Trinity (D.C.) with a career high seven goals, another assist, two ground balls and a caused turnover.
For the week, she recorded nine goals and two assists for 11 points. D'Urso now has 28 goals on the season to lead the AMCC.
