Women's Bowling Tabbed Fifth In AMCC Preseason Poll

NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. – The AMCC released the 2023-24 Women's Bowling Preseason Poll on Tuesday.

 

La Roche earned a fifth place ranking in the poll after earning a spot in the 2022-23 AMCC Championship Tournament.

 

Last season, alongside the postseason appearance, the Redhawks finished with 18 victories in their head-to-head matchups.

 

This season, La Roche will be led by Ashley Krivansky who earned AMCC All-Academic Team honors in 2020-21 and in 2021-22 was a member AMCC Championship All-Tournament, as well as a second All-Academic Team nod.

 

Winter Brown also returns after earning 2021-22 AMCC Championship Second Team All-Conference and in 2022-23 earned an AMCC Bowler of the Week and was on the Mountie Round-Up All-Tournament Team.

 

Rounding out the roster are Crystal Lynn, Krista Keene and Kayla Sapida, as well as incoming freshman Catherine Moran from Beaver Falls High School and Tayla Germanich from Deer Lakes High School who placed second in the 2022-23 WPIBL.
