PITTSBURGH, PA - Women's basketball continued their undefeated streak this evening against Pitt-Greesnburg Bobcats. 

Greensburg kept up with the team in the first quarter but the Redhawks ran away with the lead in the second period, outsourcing the Bobcats by 13 points. At the half, Makayla Abram was leading the scoring charge with 12 points. She more than doubled that in the second half, ending the game with 32 points, her highest-scoring game this season. 

Alexis Robison followed up Abram with 11 points of her own. 

Leading the rebounding charge was Machia Hairston with 13 rebounds; she also netted 9 points. 

Pitt-Greensburg made a small comeback with their best scoring run (8 points) taking place in the 4th quarter, but in the end, they could not catch up and La Roche emerged victorious with a 72-60 victory. 

La Roche will hit the road this weekend to take on Penn State-Behrend.
