Caitlin Monper begins her second season as Pitching Coach and Assistant Coach at La Roche. Prior to La Roche, Caitlin spent the 2016 season as the Assistant Coach at Penn State New Kensington. Caitlin then accepted the same role at Pitt-Greensburg, where she coached from 2017-2021. She spent one season as North Allegheny High School's Assistant Coach in 2022.

At the conclusion of the 2023 season, Head Coach Jason Kern promoted Caitlin to Associate Head Coach.

In 2023, Caitlin led a pitching staff that didn't have any college recruited pitchers, to a fourth place finish in the AMCC.

In her time with Pitt-Greensburg, the Bobcats posted some of their best seasons in the circle. In 2017, the Bobcats set a program record with six shutouts and posted a 3.56 ERA, which ranks as the second-lowest ERA in program history.

Prior to her time as a coach, Monper was a 3x All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection at Allegheny as well as a 3x National Fast Pitch Coaches Association All-Region Selection. She was Pitcher of the Year in 2012 for the NCAC.

For her career at Allegheny, she ranks among the program leaders in nearly every major statistical pitching category. First in career appearances (119) and innings pitched (701.2). Second in strikeouts (767) and complete games (85). Third in wins (67) and shutouts (21).

Monper graduated from Allegheny with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Communications.
