Jeff Dailey enters his seventh season as the head coach of the men's cross country program in 2020. Dailey served as the head coach of both the men's and women's cross country teams for six years prior to becoming exclusively the men's team coach.

Jeff's teams have made great strides over the past few seasons. His squads qualified for the NCAA Regional Meet in 2014 and 2015. His 2016 men's team finished 5th at the AMCC Championship Invite, their best AMCC Conference finish since 2002.

In 2019, the men's cross country team finished 5th once again at the AMCC Cross Country Championship in ERIE, Pa. The team also finished 5th in 2016, which was their best place since 2002. 

Jeff was a four-year starter for the Redhawks and graduated from La Roche in 2012.
