PITTSBURGH, PA - The La Roche University Athletic Department is excited to announce the addition of a new Cross Country Coach, Greg Schmitt. 

Schmitt hails most recently from Penn State-Greater Allegheny where he served as the Head Cross Country coach, and the Head Track and Field coach. While Coach Schmitt was at PS-Greater Allegheny he coached his team who placed 7th overall at Outdoor USCAA Nationals in the team standings. Schmitt also coached 2 Individual USCAA National Champions, coached 9 USCAA National Medalists, coached 4 USCAA Runner of the Week and, Hosted the 2021 PSUGA Track and Field Virtual Invitational Series. 

The athletic department at La Roche is thrilled to be welcoming Coach Scmitt to the team and we can't wait to watch the Cross Country team excel under his watch
