Bethany, WV - This Saturday, the La Roche Cross Country team started their season with an 8k in West Virginia at Bethany College.

The Redhawks top finisher's for both the men's and women's teams were Freshman. On the men's side, Andy Domasky finished 124th overall out of 220 competitors with a time of 31 minutes 48 seconds (average mile time: 6 minutes and 25 seconds). On the women's side, Cara Rodgers finished 166th out of 202 participants with a time of 31 minutes and 25 seconds (average mile time: 6 minutes, 25 seconds).

The Men's team finished 21st overall out of 22 teams. 

NEXT UP: The XC team heads up to Erie for the Penn St. Behrend Twilight Invite on Friday September 13th. The race will begin at 5:30 PM
