PITTSBURGH, Pa. - La Roche freshman Nolan Lynam earned La Roche's first AMCC Offensive Player of the Week award for the season, announced by the conference on Monday.
Lynam is the first Redhawk to be named an Offensive Player of the Week in the conference since Shawn McDanel on Mar. 2, 2020.
Lynam was all-around impressive for the Redhawks, playing both in goal and in the midfield this past week.
In the matchups against Hiram and Bryn Athyn in goal, Lynam stopped a combined 41 of 80 shots on goal that came his way, added four ground balls, while also going coast-to-coast to score a goalie goal against Bryn Athyn.
In the Redhawks matchup on Saturday against Thiel, Lynam played in the offensive zone and scored five goals and added four more ground balls.
