Lacrosse Falls at St. Vincent

The Redhawks came up on the losing end in Latrobe on Wednesday, falling at St. Vincent 25-3. La Roche is 2-10 on the season.

La Roche attempted 19 shots on the day. Nick Sylvis needed just 4 shots to register a pair of scores. Mitchell Bachman tallied his first goal as a Redhawk and Brent Burkhouse continued his torrid streak, recording an assist on Nick Sylvis' second goal. 

Goalkeeper Chris Sylvis played all 60 minutes, registering 17 saves and a team-high 6 ground balls.

Shawn McDanel won 54% of his faceoffs (13 of 23) and picked up 5 ground balls.

Chris Sylvis, Jake Podsiadly, and Jimmy Wodarek all had one successful clear attempt. 

The Redhawks will look for their first home win this Saturday, March 23 against Hilbert.
