McCANDLESS, Pa. - La Roche men's basketball hosts conference opponent Mt. Aloysius this Wednesday, January 29th at the Kerr Fitness Center. In the team's last meeting on December 18th, 2019 at Mt. Aloysius, Tyler Frederick scored 21 points in the second half to lead the Redhawks to a 78-62 victory on the road. Tip-off for Wednesday's contest is set for 6:00 p.m.

La Roche (OVR: 12-6, AMCC: 12-1)

Last Time Out: La Roche won their fourth straight game last Saturday (1/25) at home vs. Medaille, 91-80. The Mavericks opened up the game on a 10-0 urn, but the Redhawks battled back and nearly tied the game at halftime, trailing by just one point, 44-43. In the second half, La Roche would outscore Medaille 48-36 while shooting 56% (20-36) from the floor. Defensively, LRU held the visitors to just 33% (13-40) shooting in the second. The Redhawks shot well as a unit from three, knocking down a season-high 15 triples on 36 attempts (42%).
