The AMCC Conference has honored Trell Thomas as it's Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Thomas is a sophomore guard from Cardinal Mooney High School in Youngstown, Ohio. 

Thomas averaged 26.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals, and 2.0 assists per game in a 1-1 week for La Roche. He scored 25 points in a loss to Capital and followed that up with a 28 point, eight rebound performance in a big win over Carnegie Mellon.

Last year, Thomas led the AMCC shooting 48% from three-point range. He currently ranks second in the conference in scoring.
