NORTH BOSTON, N.Y. - La Roche baseball's junior pitcher/utility, Larry Bielawski was tabbed AMCC Pitcher of the Week, announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.

Bielawski was lights out on the mound this past week for the red and black, leading the Redhawks to a 2-1 victory in game one of Friday's doubleheader sweep of Pitt-Bradford in AMCC play.

Bielawski tossed a complete seven innings, allowing just one run, three hits, one walk and fanned four Panthers. Furthermore, Bielawski averaged just over 11 pitches per inning, throwing 78 in the complete game effort, 51 of which were thrown for strikes.

Bielawski sits with a 2-1 record on the mound over 20.2 innings and has stuck out 15 batters.
