La Roche College Baseball swept this week's AMCC Pitcher/Player of the Week awards. Tre Thomas earned AMCC Pitcher of the Week honors for the second time in three weeks. Jonathan Spina had a big week to garner AMCC Player of the Week honors.

Thomas went 2-0 on the week, with wins over Pitt-Greensburg and Mount Aloysius. Thomas came in relief and threw 2.2 scoreless innings at Pitt-Greensburg. He then tossed four scoreless innings in a victory over Mount Aloysius. Thomas leads the conference in wins and ERA and ranks third in strikeouts.

Spina hit .519 (14 of 27) with 9 runs, 8 RBIs, and 6 stolen bases. He broke out for 8 hits, 6 RBIs and 5 runs in Saturday's double header sweep against D'Youville. Spina leads the AMCC in hits, triples and plate appearances. He ranks second in at bats, third in runs, fourth in batting average, and fifth in total bases.
