Q: When did you know you wanted to work in collegiate athletics?
 A:  Following my baseball career, started at LRU as baseball coach in 1987
 
Q: What was your favorite subject in school? Why? 
 A:  History / Found it way more interesting than Algebra and Geometry
 Q: What was your first job growing up?
 A:  I worked as an usher at a movie theater when I was 16 yrs. old
 Q: What's the first concert you went to?
 A:  Springsteen, New Year's Eve 1978 at the Cleveland Coliseum
 Q: What's your all-time favorite movie? Give us a few if you can't pick just one.
 A:  Bull Durham, Tin Cup, True Grit
 Q: What's your favorite meal?
 A:  Anything cooked on the grill
Q: Tell us about your family. 
 A:  My wife Dayna is my rock and my stepson Aiden is one of my closest buddies. The three of us have made a pretty good team.
 Q: How do you relax?
 A:  I love working outside
 Q: What meal/dish/item are you best at cooking? 
 A:  Anything cooked on the grill
 
 Q: What are your favorite artists/songs on your all-time list?
 A:  Just about anything from Bob Seger
 Q: Favorite TV show of all-time?
 A:  Can't think of an all-timer, however, right now it's Ridiculousness
 Q: What's the best advice you ever received and who did it come from?
 A:  Always try to make a good first impression, the way someone looks at you is largely based on their first impression of you. My mom.
 Q: What's your favorite season/type of weather? Why? 
 A:  The Fall…. Warm days and cool nights
 Q: Are you a tech savvy person?
 A:  Absolutely not!
 Q: Describe your perfect day off. 
 A:  Going up to my cabin and spending the night, drinking coffee in the morning out on the deck.
 Q: What is your biggest fear?
 A:  A three foot, downhill, right to left putt
 Q: How many and what kind of pets do you have? How long have you had them?
 A:  Our dog Kodi… 10 year old Golden Doodle
 Q: Cats or dogs?
 A:  DOGS! Hands Down!
  
 Q: Who are your heroes? 
 A:  My Dad
 Q: Can you sing or play an instrument?
 A:  Do air drums in my truck count?
 Q: What is/would be your go-to karaoke song?
 A:  The Summer Wind by Frank Sinatra
 Q: Fly or drive for a long trip?
 A:  Drive
Q: Where was/is your favorite vacation spot?
 A:  Pinehurst, North Carolina
 Q: How long can you go without looking at your phone?
 A:  I'm actually pretty famous for not checking my phone for hours at a time
 Q: If you could go back in history to attend one event, what would it be and why?
 A:  1986 / The Masters golf tournament

 A:  Roberto Clemente (my baseball idol growing up), Jack Nicklaus and my sons JD and Andy
