PITTSBURGH, Pa. – La Roche women's cross country welcomed Carlow on Thursday for a dual meet, with the Redhawks coming out on top.

As a team, La Roche finished with 15 points and an average time of 31:26.

In the women's 5K, Samantha Bainbridge earned the victory in the nine runner field, breaking the tape with a time of 24:26.

Kiki Nemcek followed in third place with a time of 28:31 in her first collegiate race.

Rounding out the field for the Redhawks in places seven, eight and nine were Kayla Mull (33:40), Klover Haberthier (34:37) and Madison Dalverny.

La Roche returns to action on Saturday, Nov. 11 as Samantha Bainbridge represents the Redhawks in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
