GREENVILLE, PA --The La Roche women's tennis team closed the 2017 season on the road with a 7-2 win over Thiel. Senior Kylie Banister concluded her collegiate career with victories at #1 doubles and #1 singles.

Banister teamed up with Miranda Lasher for an 8-3 victory at #1 doubles. Rochelle Selzer and Kirsten King put the Redhawks ahead 2-0 picking up an 8-1 at #2 doubles. Both pairings clinched winning doubles records by improving to 6-5.

La Roche took positions #1-#5 winning all five in straight sets. Banister went 7-5, 6-0 at #1 singles and Selzer followed at 6-1, 6-2 at #2 singles. King played to a 6-2, 6-3 win at #3 singles, Lasher 6-0, 6-3 at #4 singles and Rebecca Franks 7-6, 6-1 at #5 singles. 

The Redhawks end the season with a 4-7 overall record.
