ERIE, Pa. - LRU Women's Soccer was defeated by Penn State Behrend 9-0 on a Saturday afternoon. Behrend scored four goals in the first period knocking the Redhawks behind before they could even start. The second period was filled with more as Penn State didn't stop. They piled on five more goals and closed out La Roche 9-0 leaving LRU with a record of 4-8-1. Behrend walks away with a 14-1 record.

• Penn State's Brenna McGuire doesn't wait as she scores the games first goal before a minute passes. She's assisted by Ava Michael.

• Five minutes pass and then Behrends Emily Clopp scores with an assist from Karla Ochoa. 2-0.

• Penn State racks up another as Trinity Prestash shoots and gets some help from Payton Porter as they score the games third goal.

• This time Payton Porter knocks one in while Trinity Prestash assists to make the first period 4-0 Behrend.

• The second period starts up and Mia Zec scores Behrends fifth goal as Emily Clopp helps out.

• We have back to back goals from Penn State. Payton Prestash and Christine Patterson score the sixth goal then Karla Ochoa and Mia Zec score the next to make the score 7-0.

• PS's Bella Sestito and Arina Dillinger score the eighth goal then the end of the game comes as Bella shoots and scores the ninth goal along with Sarah White assisting.

• La Roche's goalie Bella Costanzo put in a hard days work as she walks away with six saves on goal.
