CRESSON, PA – La Roche women's soccer (5-6-1, 1-3) held Mt. Aloysius (1-8-1, 0-2-1) without a shot as the Lady Redhawks cruised to a dominating 2-0 win on Wednesday in AMCC Conference action.
Moreschi gave La Roche a 1-0 lead in the 28th minute with her AMCC-leading eleventh goal of the season on an assist from Nicole Ferraco. Lindsey McKay put the game away in the 66th minute with a goal on a nice feed from Jessica Greco.
The Lady Redhawks outshot Mt. Aloysius 8-0 and held the Mounties without a corner kick in the game. Goalkeeper Maria DiPerna registered her second win of the season for La Roche.
La Roche women's soccer will host D'Youville College on Saturday at 1:00PM in an AMCC Conference game. The Lady Redhawks lead the all-time series 3-0.
