PITTSBURGH, PA - Women's lacrosse opened their season this afternoon on their home field against Chatham University.
The Redhawks scored 4 goals this afternoon, 2 coming from the stick of Tea Smith. Smith also recorded 4 shots on goal and three ground balls.
Malia Sigg and Jade Fuccaro also added one goal each.
Tara Lasher and Jules Hornikel both took a turn in the goal.
Lasher started it off and made 3 saves. Hornikel finished up the game and kept 17 shots from getting into the back of the net.
