Women's Lacrosse Plays Second Conference Game of the Season

PITTSBURGH, PA - This afternoon on a very sunny day in the 'Burgh, women's lacrosse played their second conference game of the season. The Redhawks faced off in an incredibly competitive game with the Wells Express. 

Courtney Spiering scored seven goals today, leading the Redhawks. She was assisted by Cece Liguori, Jasey Reiser, and Malia Sigg

Jasey Reiser scored a goal of her own. She was assisted by Kate McCallister

Tea Smith also scored a goal on a free position opportunity. 

Also getting shots off tonight was Liguori, Sigg, and McCallister. 

Reiser was hard at work today scooping up ground balls and led the team with five. Liguori was shortly behind her snagging four in today's contest. 

Defensively, Liguori led the team with three caused turnovers, and Tea Smith, Reiser, and Tara Lasher each contributed two. 

Lasher was in goal for the eternity of the game and made 10 saves. 

The Redhawks are back in action on Saturday, April 9, at Lancaster Bible.
