La Roche women's basketball is predicted to repeat as AMCC Conference champions in the coach's poll released today. The Lady Redhawks have won four straight AMCC Championships and have a 67-6 conference record and 92-18 overall record in that span.
Seniors, LaShauna Brothers and Shataya White, are AMCC Conference Players to Watch. LaShauna was an AMCC All-Conference Second Teamer last year and averaged 11.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.8 assists while shooting over 42% from the field. Shataya ran the point for La Roche and ranked fourth in the AMCC in assists and sixth in steals.
The Lady Redhawks kick off the season on Friday, November 21 when they host St. Vincent College.
