The La Roche College cross country team is looking to improve on their strong 2016 season. The men's cross country team enjoyed their best season in over a decade while the women's team continues to make steps up the AMCC Conference standings.
The Redhawks will open their season on September 2 at the Westminster College Invitational before heading to Bethany College on September 9. La Roche returns to the Penn State Behrend Invitational on September 15 and rounds out September at Franciscan University on the 23rd and W&J on the 29th.
The Redhawks will travel to Schenley Park on October 7 for the Carnegie Mellon Invitational and then enjoy two weekends off before closing the year on October 28 at the AMCC Championships.
