BETHANY, WV – The La Roche men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Bethany College for an invitational on a warm Saturday morning. Both teams had strong showings with the men's squad placing twelfth and the women's team fourteenth.

Freshmen Patrick Dailey paced the men's team with a 36:35 on the 8K course and place 62^nd. Hemang Sherma came in just seventeen seconds later in 64^th place while Brandon Hartz, Johnny Nicholson and Bryan Gatto rounded out the top 5.

Andrea Luciano set the tempo for the Redhawks' with a 32:59 and a 74^th place finish in the 6K race. Morgan Churilla crossed the finish line sixteen ticks later in 78^th place while Amada DeIullis, RaeAnn Palmer and Brittany Craig contributed to the strong finish.

La Roche will travel to Johnstown, PA next Saturday for the Pitt-Greensburg Invitational. It is the preview race for the AMCC Championship on October 30.
