La Roche men's soccer senior midfielder Ximo Vicent has been named the AMCC Offensive Player of the Week. Vicent scored three goals over two games and helped the Redhawks clinch a berth into the AMCC Tournament.
Ximo scored twice in La Roche's elimination game on Tuesday against Penn State Altoona. He provided the equalizer on a free kick in the tenth minute, and then converted a PK for the game-winner in the twentieth minute.
Ximo added a free kick goal in the Redhawks' AMCC Tournament Quarterfinal game at Mt. Aloysius on Saturday.
Ximo concludes his career as one of the most succesful players in school history. He is the Redhawks all-time leader in assists and is third in points.
