La Roche Falls Short against the Express

PITTSBURGH, PA - Men's lacrosse played their third conference game this afternoon against the Wells College Express. The team came so close to tasting their first victory of the season, to fall short by just one in the fourth period. 

Anthony Grebiner led the team offensively this afternoon, earning 5 goals, and was assisted once by Cody Budgick. He also earned 5 ground balls, and 2 caused turnovers. 

Budgick netted 3 of his own, he also scooped up 8 ground balls and caused 2 turnovers. 

Isaiah Hubbard scored 2 running the whole field to help his team battle for the victory. 

Aiden Wagner owns 1 goal, 1 assist, and 8 ground balls to wrap up the day. 

Joe Pompeo led in ground balls with 15 and won 7 faceoffs.

Grant Tebbe caused 7 turnovers and reaped the rewards of his efforts scooping up 6 ground balls. 

Conner Radecki stood strong in goal, saving 20 shots from reaching the back of his net, fighting and winning 3 ground balls on the way. 

The Redhawks will be on the road against Medaille this upcoming Wednesday, before returning home on April 22nd to celebrate our graduating seniors in the last home game of the season against SUNY Morrisville.
