Men's Lacrosse Hosts First Home Contest of the Season

PITTSBURGH, PA - Men's lacrosse played their first home game of the season this afternoon against Franciscan. Although the team was unable to walk away with the win, they made some strides.

Colin Hayes led the offense this afternoon with 2 shots on goal and two ground balls. Cody Budgick was also able to get in a good rip but was blocked by the Baron goalie.

Christian Walosky put in work on the defensive end. He caused 5 turnovers and with it, earned himself 5 ground balls.

Standing strong in goal for the entire 60 minutes was Connor Radecki. Redecki stopped 16 shots from reaching the back of his net and scooped up a ground ball to top it off.

The Redhawks will be back on their home turf on Saturday, for an early afternoon matchup against Bryn Athyn.
