Golf Ties For Second at Pitt Bradford, Mullins Ties For Overall Lead

BRADFORD, PA -- Ben Mullins tied for the overall lead to pace the Redhawks to a second place tie at the Pitt Bradford Invitational on Saturday. La Roche matched Grove City with a 321 and placed runner-up to Penn State Behrend at Pine Acres Country Club.

Mullins, Sean Sculley (Behrend) and Javon Trout (Greensburg) each shot a two-over par 74 over the course's 18 holes. The first playoff hole eliminated Trout before Sculley claimed the individual title on the second playoff hole. It was the tenth top 5 finish of Mullins career.

The Redhawks depth helped carry them to the second place finish. Pat McCall and Tyler Booher each shot an 82 to tie for twentieth.  David Wilson finished just a stroke back and tied for thirtieth while Harrison Thatcher entered the clubhouse with an 88.
