Joe Professori Caps Stellar Career With Spot on D3Baseball All-America First Team

La Roche University senior Joe Professori has been named to D3Baseball's All-America Team. Professori concludes his brilliant career as the best second baseman in the nation, earning a spot on the All-America First Team. Professori is the seventh Redhawk to receive All-American status and the second to make the nation's First Team.

Professori has earned almost every accolade available. In addition to All-American status, he was the AMCC Player of the Year and both on the All-Region and All-Conference teams. Professori led the AMCC in hits, home runs, and total bases, ranked second in runs, batting average, and slugging percentage, third in RBIs, fourth in at bats, and seventh in on base percentage.

Professori is one of the most accomplished players in Redhawk history. This season, Professori broke the school's all-time hits and RBI records. He also has the sixth longest on-base streak in NCAA Division III history.
