Navedo Named AMCC Player of the Week for Second Time in Three Weeks

Luis Navedo has been named the AMCC Player of the Week for the second time in three weeks. This marks the sixth time this year a La Roche baseball player has won either Player or Pitcher of the Week.

Luis had one of the best weeks in school history hitting .538 (7 for 13) with 8 runs, 8 RBIs, 4 home runs, 6 walks, a double and a stolen base. In the Redhawks' 2-game series at Pitt-Greensburg, Navedo hit 4 home runs and drove in 7 batters. His 3 home runs in Game 1 against Pitt-Greensburg is a school record.

Luis currently shares the AMCC lead in home runs with teammate David Lemley.
